Community Nurses
Our district nursing team, provide nursing care to patients in their own homes and give practical advice and assistance to patients, relatives and carers coping with illness at home. They can be contacted at Cadbury Heath Health Centre.
Health Visitors
The Health Visitors are based at Cadbury Heath Health Centre and can be contacted on 0117 980 5731 or 0117 9805739.
The Health Visitors are concerned with the health of the whole community, but they have particular responsibilities for the health and development screening offered to families with young children.
The Health Visitor and Health Visitor Assistant work with people over the age of 65 to promote good health and prevent illness.
They may be contacted by individuals, carers and relatives as well as other professionals to provide support and advice on health and social issues.
