The financial, human resources and operational side of the business is delegated to the management team. The managers also support the Partners to make strategic plans for the business.

Practice Secretaries

Cheryl and Tracey are our practice secretaries. A secretary is available from 8.30am – 4.30pm Monday to Friday.

Reception Administration

Ellie is our reception administrator and assists the reception team and dispensary with admin and tasks.

Practice Receptionists & Document Management Clerks

Sally, Tracy, Kelly, Michelle, Kathy and Julie are our fantastic team of practice receptionists.  We also have a team of bank receptionists who provide reception cover during periods of reception annual leave and sickness.

Reception do a very difficult and demanding job dealing with a high volume of telephone calls and enquiries coming from every direction. When you telephone for medical attention the receptionist will ask appropriate questions in order to judge the urgency of your request and to direct you the most appropriate service or clinician to help you obtain the best outcome.  This could be attending a local pharmacy for over the counter medication or medical advice.   They have been asked to do this by the doctors who have given them training in this role, but the information you give them will always be treated in confidence as they are bound by the same rules of confidentiality as the doctors and nurses and entire practice team.

Liz and Ruth are our document management clerks who process all documents which come into the practice ensuring any new diagnosis, investigations, admissions or discharges are added to medical records.
